• One-of-a-Kind Pieces We do not accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces unless they are damaged during delivery. Due to their unique nature, these items are final sale unless damage is reported upon arrival.

• Earrings For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged. If you receive damaged earrings, please contact us immediately.

• Sale Items and Gift Cards We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All purchases made on discounted items are considered final sale.

• Fit and Preference Returns If the item does not fit or if you change your mind, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments. Returns for these reasons must be coordinated with your local post or carrier.
