Return Policy 

Thank you for choosing our jewelry. Please review our return policy carefully to ensure you understand our guidelines regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

  1. 15-Day Return Policy We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to inspect it, try it on, and report any issues you might encounter. Please contact us within this time frame if there are any problems with your order.

  2. One-of-a-Kind Pieces We do not accept returns or exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces unless they are damaged during delivery. Due to their unique nature, these items are final sale unless damage is reported upon arrival.

  3. Earrings For hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be refunded or returned unless they arrive damaged. If you receive damaged earrings, please contact us immediately.

  4. Sale Items and Gift Cards We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. All purchases made on discounted items are considered final sale.

  5. Fit and Preference Returns If the item does not fit or if you change your mind, customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments. Returns for these reasons must be coordinated with your local post or carrier.

  6. Return Eligibility Criteria To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging. Returns for aesthetic or fitting considerations will not be accepted after 15 days from the date of reception.

  7. Handmade Nature of Our Pieces Please note that all our pieces are handmade, and slight imperfections are a natural part of their creation. These imperfections are not considered faults or damages, and such items are not eligible for return based on these characteristics.

 

Exchange Policy

The easiest way to exchange a product is to place a new order for the item you desire while initiating a return for the original product. Please report your exchange request to us within 15 days after receiving your initial order.

  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local post or carrier, following our return policies.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Note: It may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
